- 90% refund if cancelled between 30 and 44 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- 60% refund if cancelled between 15 and 29 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- No refund if cancelled less than 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- A change in guest name(s) will be treated as a cancellation.
- For any date changes, a fee of ₹3000 per tent plus 18% GST will be charged, in addition to any applicable rate difference.
- Name changes will be treated as cancellations only.

- 50% cancellation charges if cancelled between 7 and 10 days from the check-in date.

- 15% cancellation charges if cancelled more than 15 days from the check-in date.
- A change in guest name(s) will be treated as a cancellation.
- Date amendment charges are applicable as per the cancellation policy.

- 100% refund if cancelled more than or equal to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- 50% refund if cancelled between 15 and 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- No refund if cancelled less than 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- For any date changes, a fee of ₹1500 per cottage plus 18% GST will be charged, in addition to any applicable rate difference.
- Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
- GST will be charged as applicable.
- In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 years of age will be charged as an extra person (with mattress).

- 100% cancellation charges if cancelled less than 7 days from the check-in date.
